Inspired by her previous post-here's a few of my favorite things that my sis has said in the past week.

• "Stop. We need to look at this charming, remodeled bungalow."
• "I'm a cow hand!"
• "Speaking of ignominious credit stealers..."
• Dancing and singing around the kitchen: "We are your perfect renters. Do not be dismayed. And if you'll only rent to us, the rent will soon be paid. Not only are we very great, but we can also sing! If you ever rent to us- don't worry about a thing! This is my renting jiiiiiiiiiiiiiig!"
